| THe UH Maui Campus has a Class Act Restaurant where the students cook the food and wait the tables for a grade. Cost comes to $32 a person and its basically a 4 course Menu. It is SO delicious- I hope everyone who lives on Maui gets a chance to try it. WE had compressed melon, ducca seasoning that we dipped our pita bread into, saffron pudding, pistachio cake, carrot and cardamom soup, flank steak, couscous, butternut squash potatoes, braised lamb,chicken bistilla with fennel salad. Fancy Schmancy and affordable! |
