Also known as "Burnt Cream"

Made my very first batch of CREME BRULEE-the most smoothest creamiest custard out there. . .

The Brulee part-after the custard has chilled in the fridge for a few hours, you sprinkle on a few teaspoons of sugar and use a Blow torch to create a crunchy carmelized top! Thanks daddy for doing this part! Ever since we bought this blow torch for Ethans Cubscout Pinewood Derby-I've been telling myself I was going to make it someday!
