Mothers Day Lunch @ KULA LODGE

If you ever come to MAUI , Kula Lodge Restaurant is a MUST!! Just check out the view!!

and on the weekends you get to eat Outside, on the Patio overlooking the west side of this beautiful island we call home.

Before the kids even sit down, they run around the grounds down below the patio deck-there are hills and pathways that go down a little ways, and when they are done eatin they are ready for another go at it. The outdoor patio experience is also not complete, if we leave without racing a stick or leaf down the little waterfall stream.

 The kids pretty much stick to their favorites-Liz gets a cheeseburger with chips, Ethan gets chicken fingers with yummy BBQ sauce n chips, and Ella Belles loves her mac n cheese.

Betti enjoying my lava flow, which just posting about this, is making me want one right now.

Not sure why I've never had their bread before but it was wow-delicious (an olive bread) especially with the whipped butter. We got this potato soup for Betti, but we had to sample it too.

My favorite way to eat pizza is when its made like this in a wood fire oven-if you don't order anything else off the menu  at least try their pizza!! I love a classic Margarita one which comes with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese on a homemade dough which is just perfect!! Heavenly I tell you!!

Chocolate Haupia Cream Pie slice-pretty yummy. Before this lovely lunch we  started this pre-mothers day Saturday by going to the Mall for a pedicure and a box of chocolates from Sees-they had a limited edition one called Double Caramel. mmmmmmmmm. . . my family knows me so well. Earlier in the week I bought a cute dress and cardigan from Old Navy and some peach quartz earrings from Hurricane in Makawao. Love you all!!! Thankyou for letting me indulge!!
