In a large heatproof bowl combine semisweet chocolate chips, hersheys milk chocolate, butter, vanilla and nuts. Next in a very large (tall) pot bring sugar and evaporated milkand to a boil-boil for about 7 minutes or if using a candy thermometer-til it reaches the soft ball stage. Pour it into the bowl of chocolate chips etc, pour into a greased pan. Let cool for a few hours and enjoy! Thanks to my friend Jen Chapdellaine who gave me this recipe at our christmas party in Colorado! She actually calls it See's fudge. . .will post recipe soon.
