Happy 11 years and counting. . .

We celebrated at the beautiful Grand Wailea Resort. First up. . . the Spa, & 50 minute massage. We checked out our room, & walked around the grounds. We are Highschool Sweethearts, so we actually used to come here and sit at "Our Bench" (shown above where I am  kissin David's cheek) and hang out, & talk about our future together. Over 15 years later here we are. . . and in LOVE more than we could ever imagine with 3 wonderful children, and hopefully more to come. We enjoyed a gorgeous dinner by sunset, and went to Ruths' Chris for dessert. It was a cold, windy night!-we were freezing & had no desire to swim in the pool or go to the hottub. Our friend worked at RC & gave us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and 1 of our desserts on him. Schweet-we love ourselves some chocolate. Then SURPRISE, Surprise. . .we got back to our room and were wonderin if someone broke in-things were moved etc. . . I was hesitant to go in, but David urged me in a with a big smile. My  friend that had booked the room for us had flowers set up in the tub, and on the bed, more chocolate covered strawberries, & 2 glasses with a bottle of sparkling apple cider. (I wouldnt mind that job-sneakin into peoples rooms and makin them happy!) We were feelin SO thankful. The next morning was breakfast time-I got mini-waffles with fruit, and David got french toast-mmmmm. . .drinks were $7, so we had water. We checked out, picked up our kids to bring them back to swim-The Grand has the BEST pool on the island. So thankful for my family watchin the kiddos over night! It was a wonderful Anniversary!
