Class Act Family Restaurant at UH-Maui

Roasted red pepper cream cheese on a fried pita, shrimp ceviche with a fresh corn tamale, chicken tortilla soup with avacado, lime and cilantro. Main entree: flank steak with lime sauce, purple sweet potatoes, plantain garnish, sauteed veggies, corn risotto with parmesan cheese and fireroasted tomatoes.

Betti sampling the sweet potatoes. She liked em. Dessert was a chile chocolate cake with homemade icecream and sopapilla on top. So glad we finally ate here. The students cook it so its a very affordable 4 course menu. Each person is $30 and there are 5 influences throughout the semester-American, French, Moroccan, Italian, and Latin that you can choose from. Its on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11-1230. Yummo!!
