Teepee

Daddy took this picture. . .love your little feetsies stickin out. Would've been cute to see Leena's feetsies too.

This was the first time you guys slept in the teepee, sheer excitement!! It was supposed to be an Easter present, but you guys were all outside when the UPS man delivered it. Didnt help that the box had a picture on it either.
You kids kept using Every single sheet in our house to make a fort, tent, castle etc. . .I wanted to by fortamajigs (huge squares of fabric with velcro) but I saw some really cute teepees online-thought we could try it out. It's smaller than we thought (it's meant for ages 4-6 really), but it was really easy to set up-daddy helped you some, and it's made out of waterproof  & fire resistant canvas-so we can take it outside. It would be fun to take it camping. Someday we will buy some oil based paint and put our handprints and some native american symbols/designs on it.

Liz and Ella-you girls made Dream Catchers the week before at the Scoutorama, so we put those on top. Although the novelty of it all has worn off, you guys were so cute about taking turns each night to sleep in it. Can't wait til Leena is big enough to play in there.
