My first Shutterfly.com Photobook. The best thing was that it was FREE!!!. . .all I had to pay for was shipping ($8.31) It's a promotion they do every few months. This was a 8x8 book with 20 pages. If you added more pages it was extra, but I managed to condense it to just 20. Regular price would have been $23.99+shipping. You can also get smaller and larger sizes (5x7 up to 12x12)
I was trying to decide what to do and knew I wanted something meaningful. I remembered a picture that my Aunt Janice took of my cousin Catherine when she was 8 years old. (around her baptism) It is still in her house to this day as you walk in the front door. My cousin is wearing white and looking down at a set of white scriptures. It's really a beautiful picture.
So I decided to take one of Ella like that and added a scripture to it, and framed it. So that was my inspiration to make a Sunday book. I searched and searched for different quotes and scriptures that would go with different aspects of the Gospel and Family. We've really enjoyed looking at it. I need to order one for all my kids so they can have their very own.
Yay, the orange package came in the mail!! (it took over a month to get here)
