Found this Sparkler Candle at the Paper CO. shop at the mall. We weren't sure how it was going to work out, but it ended up being a really FUN element! (this would be especially cute for a Rocket Cake-like it's blasting off.) The cashier reminded me to put regular candles on as well, so he had something to blow out.
Unlike his daddy and sisters who are Chocoholics-he wanted a Strawberry cake-It's one of our favorites-thanks to my friend Aly for introducing this cake in our lives, (back in our BYU-HI days). I ♥ to use the butter recipe yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, cut up strawberries soaked in sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice, and homemade whipping cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmMMMMM!
