Happy Spring with a fruit salad!
Me and Ella had a lot of fun puttin this together-she actually came up with her own creations along the way. Gumdrop pineapple flowers & fruit kabobs. A few years ago I made something like this at an enrichment dinner, thought it was time to make another. The first time I had seen something like this was on a brochure about "edible arrangements." If you google: edible arrangements and click images-you will have some wonderful ideas to get started on creatin your own.
