I love shaved ice! In New Orleans they have shaved ice and they call them snowballs. The best part is they add a kagillion calories to it by dousing it in sweet and condensed milk and then adding the flavor of your choice. So yummy and so bad for you! It's no wonder the south is struggling with weight!
