Chicken breast sauteed golden brown, with a parmesan and japanese breadcrumb crust, herb cheese and roasted red pepper filling served with grilled vegetables and a roasted red pepper cream sauce. Add a side of mashed potatoes and we are enjoying one of my FAVORITE things from Tommy Bahama's. Y.U.M.M.O., ~Delish, ~Crispy, ~Creamy, just look at it!! Need I say more? My hubby got the pork with dried cherries, asparagus and whipped sweet potatoes. It was pretty darn good too.
