We had my nephew Dylan over for a few days. . .asked him what he wanted for lunch. He said eggs and ham. Ella wanted Saimen-we usually put the ham and eggs on the Saimen, but they wanted it separate. We had just got back home from storytime at the Library, so Dr. Suess was on my mind. I suggested "Green" Eggs and Ham, and him and Ella were very excited about it. They said next time we should do blue or purple. Fun lunch!!-love the simple things that make us happy in life.
