We were driving by the skate park and decided to check it out. There is a big open rink to rollerblade and to the side is an enclosed part with ramps and jumps etc. . . for skateboarders and rollerbladers, but there was one young boy on a bike who was AMAZING to watch. When we were done being mesmerized we rented some rollerblades and let the kids try it out. We had to practice outside the rink before we could go in. They both really enjoyed it, even with all the falls and laughs and minor scrapes. It was sunset and gorgeous outside. Ethan of course wants rollerblades for his birthday that is coming up. We are going to try and go every month. David even took Ella on a spin. I got to go next time-it was so fun.
