Elizabeth and Ethan took part in their first May Day for the whole school this past Friday. Elizabeth got to dance hula and sing "Kalo Man" and Ethan also sang and did a cute dance for the song "Malama i ka Aina." They have been practicing for weeks and were so excited to finally perform. We enjoyed a traditional Luau lunch with Kalua pork, rice, mac salad, lomi-lomi salmon, haupia, pineapple and poi. None of us like "Poi" yet. Maybe someday . . . maybe not. :0)
